Looong work day and I'm not even really sure what I did. The new girl from Thailand, whom I'm still somewhat jealous but (as the Japanese say it) maa, ii ya. Nantokanaru (It'll work out), was telling me that she was having a horrendous day. Given that, I offered to go to dinner with her to cheer her up. This meant that I was at work from 9-8 because, unlike me, she isn't salaried. >_<'
I really need to watch it went I make offers like that. I did manage to cheer her up, but I think next time, I may bite my tongue when I'm that tired. Still, it was worth it.
