Holy God. I got into Tokyo Marathon for a second year in a row. Which means I need to start seriously training tomorrow. But I GOT INTO THE MARATHON. OH MY FREAKING GOD!
Keep in mind, Tokyo Marathon accepts 35,000 entries via a lottery system. So your odds go down the more people that apply. Keep in mind, last year 230,000 people applied and only 30,000 got in... albeit that was in mid-march. This year it takes place on February 28th... so I get to die exactly one month prior to my birthday. How... convenient.
Sorry. Totally over the moon. OMFG!
